Haydock Black Fedora

The Haydock Black fedora is a smart and practical 'Indiana Jones' style alternative to more traditional racing felts and hat styles such as the Sandown and Wetherby trilbies.

This stylish hat works well for casual days out in the city or, of course, a day at the races.

  • Brim Width: 6.5 cm
  • Crown Height: 9.5 cm
  • Band Width: 3.25 cm

Steam from a household kettle and a hard bristle hat brush will help remove dust and dirt. Brush the hat using short strokes, following the natural direction of the fibre.

This hat should be kept away from direct heat. Wet hats should be dried using a clean, absorbent cloth or sponge.

Felt hats are best stored in a hat box, away from direct sunlight.

The Haydock Black fedora is a smart and practical alternative to hats made from more traditional racing felts such as the Sandown and Wetherby trilbies. With a grosgrain band, this medium-weight hat is unlined and has a fabric sweatband for a comfortable fit.

Styling & Fitting

This hat is unlined with a fabric headband for a snug fit. The fedora's soft brim allows for a variety of styling options, including completely angled down, turned up, or, most commonly, up in the back and down in the front, creating the elegant and time-honoured "wave" shape.
