    Care

    Steam from a household kettle and a hard bristle hat brush will help remove dust and dirt. Brush the hat using short strokes, following the natural direction of the fibre.

    Wet hats should be kept away from direct heat and should be dried using a clean, absorbent cloth or sponge.

    Felt hats are best stored in a hat box, away from direct sunlight.

    Materials

    Made from 90% beaver fur felt and 10% mink fur, these fedoras are luxuriously soft and velvety to the touch. The St James's fedora is finished with a grosgrain band and bow, red satin lining and a brown leather sweatband.

    Styling & Fitting

    The fedora's soft brim allows for a variety of styling options, including completely angled down, turned up, or, most commonly, up in the back and down in the front, creating the elegant and time-honoured "wave" shape.
