A classic country fedora, perfect for a day at the races.

This men's hat style is smart, practical, and medium weight, allowing you to be more adventurous than with traditional racing felts of our Sandown or Wetherby trilbies. The fedora is handcrafted from the finest felt, is embellished with a grosgrain ribbon and has a fabric headband for a comfortable fit.

Measurements
  • Brim Width: 6.5 cm
  • Crown Height: 9.5 cm
  • Band Width: 3.25 cm
Care

Steam from a household kettle and a hard bristle hat brush will help remove dust and dirt. Brush the hat using short strokes, following the natural direction of the fibre.

Wet hats should be dried using a clean, absorbent cloth or sponge. Do not place a felt hat on a radiator as the heat will shrink the fibres and cause your hat to decrease in size.

Felt hats are best stored in a hat box, away from direct sunlight.

Materials

The Haydock fedora is a smart and practical alternative to hats made from more traditional racing felts such as the Sandown and Wetherby trilbies. With a grosgrain band, this medium-weight hat is unlined and has a fabric sweatband for a comfortable fit.

Styling & Fitting

The fedora's soft brim allows for a variety of styling options, including completely angled down, turned up, or, most commonly, up in the back and down in the front, creating the elegant and time-honoured "wave" shape.

The Haydock Fedora is also available in black.
