EU Right to Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing from a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

Your cancellation period

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires.

Returning your order

You must send back the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

Unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Items should be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories where possible.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse:

• the price paid for the goods; and
• the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase.

We will make the reimbursement within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or (if earlier) within 14 days of receiving evidence that you have sent them back.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed; or
• any other products excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

This policy applies to consumer purchases shipped to addresses within the European Union and does not affect any other statutory rights you may have.
