Care

Steam from a household kettle and a hard bristle hat brush will help remove dust and dirt. Brush the hat using short strokes, following the natural direction of the fibre.

Wet hats should be dried using a clean, absorbent cloth or sponge. Do not place a felt hat on a radiator as the heat will shrink the fibres and cause your hat to decrease in size.

Felt hats are best stored in a hat box, away from direct sunlight.

Materials

Made from 90% beaver fur felt and 10% mink fur, these fedoras are luxuriously soft and velvety to the touch. The St James's fedora is finished with a grosgrain band and bow, red lining and a brown leather sweatband.

Styling & Fitting

The fedora's soft brim allows for a variety of styling options, including completely angled down, turned up, or, most commonly, up in the back and down in the front, creating the elegant and time-honoured "wave" shape.
