INTRODUCING:

1676 EAU DE PARFUM

To celebrate 350 years of Lock & Co. Hatters, two historic St James’s businesses have come together to create something entirely new.

Created in collaboration with the House of Floris, Britain’s oldest family perfumers, 1676 is a crisp, woody-amber fragrance for men and women.

An artisanal, limited-edition hand blend, 1676 opens with the freshness of neroli blossom and lavender, mingling with the spicy notes of carnation, among the most refined ingredients of English perfumery. The result is a sparkling first impression, unmistakably crafted in St James’s.

The fragrance then takes us into the Lock & Co. workshops. Creamy Australian sandalwood and orris evoke the velvety fabrics used by our hatters in their craft, enveloped in rich vanilla and confident cashmere woods.

Notes reminiscent of chocolate, coffee and tobacco offer a further connection to our past, recalling the history of the Lock & Co. building before its hat-making days and bringing warmth, comfort and a sense of timelessness to the fragrance.

Created together by Floris perfumers and Lock & Co. Hatters, 1676 Eau de Parfum is hand-blended and hand-poured exclusively for Lock & Co. at the Floris perfumery at 89 Jermyn Street, St James’s.

Two historic St James’s businesses, brought together by friendship and a shared history to celebrate 350 years of Lock & Co. Hatters.

1676 Eau de Parfum is available in 50ml (£175) and 100ml (£245), exclusively from our shop at No. 6 St James’s Street.
